Caitlin is a Senior Talent Director for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm. Caitlin has been with Robert Half for more than seven years and is dedicated to helping people find meaningful careers for the administrative & customer support practice group in the greater Mercer County area. Before taking on the role of Senior Talent Director, Caitlin was a Division Director and Staffing Manager. Prior to working at Robert Half, she was an Assistant Branch Manager for JPMorgan Chase.
Caitlin has volunteered for the United Way for the past five years and volunteers with Joan Dancy & the PALS organizations, raising money to support local families impacted by ALS. She is also an active member of the Robert Wood Johnson Community Impact Alliance. Caitlin enjoys reading, going to the beach, and listening to live music in her free time. She currently resides in Bucks County, PA with her husband Adam, and stepson.
