Dynell Kellyman is the Chief Operating Officer/Assistant Program Manager Children's Futures. Dynell is a visionary leader known for her history of steering strategic initiatives, spearheading high-performance teams, and orchestrating intricate organizational transformations. Her professional journey has consistently catalyzed the expansion, streamlining, and sustained advancement of companies. With an extraordinary knack for communication and relationship cultivation, Dynell has forged robust alliances with partner agencies, grantees, boards of directors, and communities in each capacity she has undertaken. Her blend of analytical finesse, problem-solving acumen, and leadership prowess stands as a potent asset in the crafting and execution of remarkably successful blueprints, fostering growth and fostering innovation.

With eight years at ETS, Dynell’s journey showcased remarkable growth. Beginning as a Work Fellow at Educational Testing Service, where she explored pivotal domains including Operations, Program, Business, and Research. Enhanced by customized managerial courses and continuous mentorship, her trajectory magnified her leadership prowess and honed her business acumen. Evolving into a Senior Client Management Lead, Dynell adeptly dissected program trends, established pragmatic goals, and innovated internal mechanisms. Her journey commenced as an Associate Director of Partnership Engagement where she supported K-12 schools by identifying and matching crucial coaching services. Her initiatives in developing a partnership plan, website revamp, and nurturing strategic partnerships led to over a 75% increase in viewership, generating widespread awareness and engagement.

Prior to ETS, Dynell held the position of Director of Communication at Henry J. Austin Health Center, harmonizing organizational objectives with comprehensive communication plans and marketing strategies. Notably, as the Associate Director of Communication and Public Policy at Children’s Futures, she fostered strategic affiliations, ensured project deliverables, and expanded access to health and education services for marginalized populations.

Deeply dedicated to meeting educational needs, Dynell's passion for creating transformative learning experiences is evident. Her commitment, backed by strategic leadership and partnership cultivation, drives innovative solutions for student empowerment and educational enhancement. 

Dynell recently earned her Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, holding a Master of Public Administration Degree from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Relations from Hampton University.
