Support Our Virtual Book Drive
Help us collect books for the Wilson School in Hamilton! United Way has made your virtual support easy.
To purchase the book(s) you would like to donate please click below. You will be emailed a tax receipt at the time of purchase. All goods ordered online will be shipped directly to the school after the drive ends on March 5th.
Further Your Impact!
On corporate or personal sponsored drives, UWGMC receives 5% back on every purchase. You can set up a customized virtual book drive page for your group. For set up please contact denise.daniels@uwgmc.org.
Virtual Reading: Record Story Time for Youth
Help bring literature to area youth by reading a book and submitting a virtual story time to us!
Many youths in our area do not have access to books when they are not at school. Closures as a result of COVID have caused schools and libraries to close making this issue worse. Youth are missing story time more than ever and that’s where our virtual reading comes in.
We will be posting the videos on YouTube and area youth will have access to those recordings. To complete this project, you only need an age-appropriate book and a way to record video-phones work too!
