United Way of Greater Mercer County (UWGMC) announces the appointment of Caitlin Heymann, Recruiting Manager of talent solutions of business consulting firm Robert Half, to its Board of Directors.
“It is an honor to join the United Way of Greater Mercer County’s Board after volunteering with them over the years. This board is comprised of community leaders who share a common vision, and I am excited to partner with them as we continue to support and carry out United Way’s mission,” said Caitlin.
Caitlin’s professional work centers on helping people find meaningful careers through roles of increasing responsibilities at Robert Half. Previously, she held branch management roles for JP Morgan chase.
Caitlin is passionate about community engagement and charitable causes. She has volunteered for the last five years at UWGMC’s Strike Out Hunger Meal Packing Event to alleviate food insecurity. Additional non-profit volunteer roles include Joan Dancy & the PALS organizations fundraising to support local families impacted by ALS. She is also an active member of the Robert Wood Johnson Community Impact Alliance.
“The UWGMC Board of Directors is comprised of individuals from the business, academic, public service, and philanthropy sectors of the Mercer County community. Caitlin’s skills and volunteer experience will enhance our ability to carry on the United Way mission and maximize our impact,” said Rita Ribeiro, UWGMC Board Chair.
“I’m excited to have Caitlin join the UWGMC Board of Directors. Caitlin is already a champion and advocate for our mission and work in the community. I look forward to working with Caitlin to reduce barriers for struggling families to access health & wellness resources and to achieve economic mobility,” said Sandra Toussaint, President & CEO of UWGMC.
