Rebecca Kelly
Rebecca Kelly is the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships at Capital Health, where she builds collaborative partnerships across healthcare, education, business, government and nonprofit organizations to strengthen the communities they serve. With more than 25 years of experience in public relations, public affairs and community engagement, she has held leadership roles in healthcare, government, nonprofit and corporate communications.
Rebecca has served on the Board of Directors for the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce for the past six years and has chaired the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber’s annual Healthcare Symposium since 2019. She is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Mercer County and also serves as an Honorary Commander for Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, with her appointment recently extended through 2027.
During the past decade with Capital Health, Rebecca has been recognized with the 2024 Community Leader of the Year Award from the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber, the 2024 Community Impact & Outreach Champion Award from the Lower Bucks Chamber of Commerce, the Corporate & Social Responsibility Award through the Bucks County YWCA’s Women Who Make a Difference program (2022), and the Fred Young Champion of Business Award from the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber (2019).
Above all, Rebecca believes that the greatest measure of success is making a positive difference in the lives of others. Whether through her professional role or volunteer service, she is committed to strengthening the communities she is privileged to serve.
