WHAT IS A WORKPLACE CAMPAIGN?
What is a Workplace Campaign?
A workplace campaign is one of the most impactful ways to support United Way, representing a significant portion of funds invested back into local communities. It offers employees a simple, effective way to give—typically through payroll deductions, often pre-tax, with many companies matching contributions to maximize impact.
Organizations of all sizes—businesses, corporations, and nonprofits—can join thousands of others in running annual workplace campaigns that support the community’s most pressing needs.
The Value of Giving
Workplace giving allows employees to invest in the overall well-being of their community—not just a single cause. United Way brings together resources, partners, and expertise to fund programs that create lasting, measurable change.
Spreading donations throughout the year via payroll deduction or mobile giving makes it easier for individuals to contribute in a way that fits their budget while increasing their overall impact.
